We have a passion and commitment to contribute to our wider community and to be responsible in the way we impact on our environment.

However, it’s not like us to pretend to be something we’re not, so we’ll be the first to admit that we’ve got more to do in transforming that passion and commitment into even more practical actions on the ground.

Flexible working

Closer to home, our flexible working environment supports team members in allowing them to contribute more fully to family life and their local communities.

Gresham House

Reducing our carbon footprint

On the environmental front, we’ve improved our recycling capabilities and our conversion to a “less-paper” office and our policy of sourcing the paper we do use principally from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) accredited suppliers has significantly reduced our impact on the world’s trees.

Our city centre location enables maximum use of public transport and remote working capabilities help to reduce unnecessary journeys. An important factor in choosing our Gresham House offices was an improved ability to reduce our carbon footprint.

Charitable efforts

Many of our team members (both individually and as firm sponsored teams) put in great charitable efforts for worthwhile causes. Some of the more gruelling and unusual activities have included a coast to coast run and a walk from London to New York (with a flight in the middle!). We also provide services at discounted rates to a number of charitable organisations and in the coming years, we hope that our wider community contribution will become even more significant.

Energy regulator @ofgem recently revealed that 1 in 4 of us plans to buy an #electricvehicle in the next 5 years. Whilst gas-guzzling company cars aren't #tax efficient, buying #electriccars through businesses can be worthwhile. Get up to speed here:

As cloud users we take #cybersecurity seriously and use #multifactorauthentication - you should too. @Xero are rolling out #MFA from today and other providers will follow. Read what the National Cyber Security Centre say about it and add MFA for yourself:
