Standard terms of business
As a client, you will receive a full engagement letter setting out the services we have agreed to provide, our respective roles and responsibilities and other relevant information.
As part of our legal and regulatory responsibilities under Anti-Money Laundering regulations, we are required to verify the identity of our clients (including individuals who own and control limited companies, partnerships, LLPs, trusts etc).
We may verify client identities by carrying out an electronic check with an independent agency and you should let us know if you don’t want us to do this.
